Zinc Plating
Barrel and vat zinc plating lines. Finishes include Trivalent Colour & Clear passivation.
Zinc plating is the process of covering substrate metals (like steel and iron, etc.) with a layer or coating of zinc to protect the substrate from corrosion.
Silver Plating
Vat Silver plating lines offering specification plating to customers requirements.
Silver plating is often used in the electronics Industry to improve conductivity of copper parts.
Tin Plating
Barrel and vat Tin plating facility. Large vat size of over 3 metres in length.
Nickel / Chrome Plating
Nickel and Chrome facility is serviced by a fully automated, computerised system.
Barrel and vat zinc plating lines.
Finishes include Trivalent Colour & Clear passivation. Post treatments available to enhance salt spray times.

Vat silver plating lines offering specification plating to customers requirements. Hot air drying cabinets to eliminate staining and fingerprints. 12" Barrel silver facility to plate the smallest precision electrical components. All work is plated to the customer`s thickness specification and is checked on one of our X-ray fluorescent machines calibrated to within one micron. This is a non-destructive check that allows the exact plating thickness on areas of a component, particularly the significant areas. All specifications to individual customer or standard A.Q.L. requirements. Also offering a strip and refurbish service.
Barrel and vat tin plating facility.
Large vat size of over 3 metres in length. 12" Precision plating barrels for excellent specification plating of small components. The barrels are so designed to meet the specification required on smaller components or components unable to be jigged. All work is plated to the customer’s thickness specification and is checked on one of our X-ray fluorescent machines. This is a non-destructive check that allows the exact plating thickness on areas of a component. All specifications to individual customer or standard A.Q.L. requirements.
Our vat nickel and chrome facility is serviced by a fully automated, computerised system. With a 2 metre length and 4 nickel stations we can nickel chrome plate most industrial and household items. Backed up with a full polishing service. All work is plated to the customer’s thickness specification and is checked on one of our X-ray fluorescent machines. This is a non-destructive check that allows the exact plating thickness on areas of a component.All specifications to individual customer or standard A.Q.L. requirements.
